RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Ghana Key Supply, we are committed to supplying high-quality automotive keys, locksmith tools, and related products.

Due to the technical and security-sensitive nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By making a purchase from www.ghanakeysupply.com, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 1 – 2 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of automotive security and programming products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Cut or programmed car keys

• Used key blades

• Programmed remote keys or smart keys

• Opened locksmith tools or equipment

• Special order or custom items

• Digital/downloadable software (if applicable)

Once a key has been cut or programmed, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-refundable.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be unused.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

• The item must not show signs of installation, programming, or damage caused by misuse.

Returned items will be inspected before approval.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

2. Provide:

o Order number

o Product name

o Reason for return

o Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

3. Wait for return approval instructions.

4. Ship the item to the address provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (wrong or defective item).

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Exchanges

Exchange approval is subject to product availability.

9. Programming & Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for confirming:

• Vehicle compatibility

• Correct model and frequency

• Chip type

• Year and make of vehicle

We are not responsible for incorrect purchases made without verifying compatibility.

Professional programming by a qualified locksmith or technician is strongly recommended.

10. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours.

• Provide photos of the package and item.

• Keep original packaging for inspection.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or a key has been cut/programmed, cancellation is not permitted.
